OPC 10000-4 v1.05.07 §5.12.2: CallResponse.diagnosticInfos, one per result, in the order of the results. Empty unless
the Client asked for operation-level diagnostics and at least one result has something to report.
Each entry starts from the DiagnosticInfo the method implementation returned. When stringTable is given, the
fields §7.12 defines as indexes into the ResponseHeader stringTable are filled for every non-Good result, according
to the bits the Client asked for (§7.32):
SymbolicId (0x20): symbolicId is the symbolic name of the StatusCode, namespaceURI the OPC UA namespace it is
defined in;
LocalizedText (0x40): localizedText is the method's statusText (at most 256 bytes of UTF-8), else the standard
description of the StatusCode; locale is the locale of statusText, when given.
A field the method already set is kept. A Good result gets only what its method returned, or its statusText.
