A DataValue built at read time and stamped with the clock of that moment, both timestamps included. The natural shape for an operation result the server makes up on the spot, a Bad one included: a DataValue may carry timestamps whatever its status, and the CTT expects the requested ones on every result.
Parameters

  everything but the timestamps
- Optionalnow: PreciseClock
  the clock to stamp with, the current one by default
