Withdraw a Profile or Facet URI from the Server's ServerCapabilities.ServerProfileArray.
Parameters
- server: IServerWithProfileArray
- profileUri: string
Returns boolean
true when the ServerProfileArray was changed.

Throws
when profileUri is not an absolute URI, or when the server is not initialized.
