Function apply_timestamps

apply_timestamps(dataValue, timestampsToReturn, attributeId): DataValue
apply the provided timestampsToReturn flag to the dataValue and return a cloned dataValue with the specified timestamps.
Parameters
- dataValue: DataValue
- timestampsToReturn: TimestampsToReturn
- attributeId: AttributeIds
Returns DataValue
