Forget the factory of a namespace, and with it every structure, enumeration and
ExtensionObject constructor that namespace registered.
A namespace that is emptied and loaded again (see IAddressSpace.deleteNamespace) must
come back to a manager that has no memory of the previous load: registerDataTypeFactory
refuses a second factory for the same index, and the schemas of the old load carry the
NodeIds of nodes that no longer exist.
Namespace 0 has no factory of its own - it is served by the standard one - and is refused.
A factory that other namespaces list among their base factories keeps being referenced by
them; those namespaces have to be re-extracted as well if they used its types.
